Happy Full Moon Day!!!! Are you ready for the changes coming this week? Karmic Release? The “F” Word = FORGIVENESS….??? What’s in store and how can you best ride the wave of the vibes for this week – Danielle gives you some helpful insight and tips to do just that.

Hi, this is Psychic/Medium Danielle Garcia with your energy forecast for the week. Today is August 3rd, 2020. How is everybody doing on this day of the full moon. As we all know, full moon energy is a little different for everybody. Traditionally, it can bring up hormonal issues, it can bring up indecision, it can bring up imbalance, dimensional bleedthrough and depression. For some people it’s a wonderful feeling of freedom and connection because the moon is so important for each of us and very unique and different ways. Some people feel like things are just kind of out of sorts.

When I worked for doctors in San Diego, I swear, every full moon, you just knew, the patient load was going to be different and it was going to be a lot more people, mental instability seemed to be a grand theme of full moon time.

Having those things in mind, what can you do to counteract that? What can you do to go with the flow? What can you do to utilize the positive vibes that the moon provides for us when it is in this phase of being full moon.

Something that I really like to do during a full moon is write and burn. I will write down things that are really worrying me, that have been playing on my mind. whether it’s instances, relationships, worries, fears, doubts, etc., etc. I write it all down and I basically emotionally vomit all over the page and I take it outside and I burn it! I watch it burn under the full moon and for me, watching those flames and watching those emotions and hurt and fear and doubt and insecurities turn to smoke and ash. It’s very very freeing. After the flames are done, everything’s all burnt up, I wipe my hands of it and I say, “No more, I am done, I am complete, I release, I let go. thank you source creator for allowing me to release and for filling that void with something higher, bigger, better, brighter.” I take several deep breaths while I’m doing that, saying my mantra, saying my prayers, setting my intention and then I will connect with the moon and I will ask for the moon’s assistance as well as creator and my spiritual team and bringing in the things that I want. It’s about being clear.

Now you could just go out and say please bring forth my highest best good, please show me truth, please provide me abundance, different things like that or you can be very detailed what it is that you want to manifest and bring into your life. Make sure today to drink lots and lots of water. Empaths and sensitives, this is going to kick up your energy field so you want to make sure that you are prepared.

Grounding is another big thing right now. A lot of us will experience dimensional bleedthrough. Some people I work with, it’s real easy for them to go out of body, so now is the time to scan your field. If you are suddenly feeling out of sorts, take a deep breath, assess the situation, bring in your grounding and allow yourself to be. It is so incredibly important today.

The energy of karma is hot and heavy this week. Saturn brings in a lot of those energies for us. It’s a time to take a step back, it’s a time to review, a time to look at those patterns that we continue to repeat. Why are we drawn to the same person, the same types of people? Why are we drawn to the same type of response? Why are we drawn to this? Why are we drawn to that? It’s to take accountability and responsibility for the part we play in that. We can get upset and we can get angry and stomp our feet and have our tantrum and so on and so forth or we can just withdraw and you can take everything on as it’s our fault and we created this and we signed up for it and it’s just the way it’s going to be.

Well, you have a choice. Sometimes when we have repetitive patterns in our lives that is the thing we get to decide, how is this working? Not so good? Ok, let’s change that. What can we do? Sometimes it’s just switching that little tiny tiny bit so that your perspective changes and as you perspective changes, as your actions changes, as your emotion about whatever that instance is, changes and YOU create a whole new vibe and guess what? That whole new vibe attracts in NEW energy. As you go through this week, think about those things that you have been creating and recreating and recreating that are not exactly working out for you. What would you like to change about that? What is your responsibility? What is the part you play in that? Are you feeling less than? Is it a self-worth issue? Are you too much an ego? Are you judging? What is the issue with that. Find forgiveness of self.

Another huge thing that is playing out this week is forgiveness. I think when it comes to forgiveness, forgiving ourselves seems to be the hardest step. If you can just look at the situation, take accountability for your actions and say, “You know what? I forgive myself for being another stumbling human being who’s trying to find their way in this world” and let it go.

These things we allow to play over and over in our heads that we keep beating ourselves up over and beating ourselves up over, how does that serve us? Seriously, how does that serve us? Let’s say something happened 5 years ago and you’re feeling guilty and shameful and all that guilt and shame has created energetic cords back to that situation 5 years ago. You are playing on vibes from your past and you’re bringing that vibration into your here and now and can actually contribute to creating the same types of situations over and over and over again. The way to break a pattern is to understand it is a pattern and do something different. After you’ve taken accountability, responsibility for your actions, learned the lesson, then allow yourself to forgive yourself for not knowing better or for making that choice that perhaps now you would not make.

There is always different ways to shift and different ways to grow. Life is an experience so we are just trying to learn and do our best. I think that is an important thing to remember.

Lots of people, as soon as I say that forgiveness word, it’s like, “oh no, she said the F word, she said the F word!” – well I say that quite frequently too, but that’s a different F word. HaHaHaHa

Another thing that is a theme this week is action and focus. Come about Tuesday or Wednesday there’s different vibes coming in this week that are really going to light a fire under your butt to get things done. Those things you have been procrastinating about, those long term projects you didn’t even want to start to dip a toe into, they are now going to come into your preview. Now they will be right in front of your face and ok I can get that done. You will find ways to multitask. Break things down where perhaps you did not see that clearly before.

This week also presents a different high level lesson in boundaries. Empaths and sensitives, prepare to have your buttons pushed and when those buttons are pushed, take a step back and re-evaluate. Who am I allowing to take my energy because nobody can take from you unless you allow it. Also think about, where am I tapping into? What energies am I tapping into right now that don’t feel so good for me? Think about creating a sheet of paper, + and -. Here is who’s adding to my experience and here is who’s taking away from it. Here are the actions that I’m doing that are taking away from my experience and my mental stability, my emotionality, ~hint ~hint, the media! I cannot even begin to tell you, I would say, 90% of my clients have suffered some form of depression or physical withdrawal because they’ve been so plugged into the media right now and getting upset and arguing. YES! We need to be concerned with what is going on in the world around us, but your biggest, highest duty is right here, it’s to yourself. If you are depleted and you are exhausted and you are depressed, guess what? You cannot help the outside world. It’s time to come in alignment and balance out what’s going on in here (in your body). Worry about yourself, worry about your family and then engage with the outside world.

Good morning, this is psychic medium Danielle Garcia and I have your energy forecast for this week. Today is July 6, 2020 and how are you all feeling? We have just gone through an eclipse, a full moon, a big portal of energy opened over the last weekend along with covid, riots, political unrest, etc, etc, etc. There are lots of vibes going on right now so let’s see if we can move through those together.

Just within this last hour, the Schumann Resonance has spiked to 99. How significant.

Lots of empaths and sensitives waking up with migraines and body aches today, feeling a little edgy, well, more than a little edgy since about Thursday, Friday when all this build up was coming in for the eclipse, so there’s lots of stuff going on. What do you do as a sensitive, what do you do as an empath when these energies start hitting you back to back to back and you just don’t feel right? Well, a big thing about this is observing. What are you tapping into, how’s your body reacting, how’s your mind reacting, how’s your soul reacting? Sometimes it’s important to just disconnect, cocoon inward and just take care of you. That may mean shutting the TV off, meditating, praying, getting a massage, going for a walk, going for a run, doing some yoga, watching some uplifting YouTube videos, whatever that is for you. Go play with your rocks. Make sure you stay hydrated. Lay on the ground. Put your feet in the grass for a while.

Things like that help us to release and rejuvenate. Think about this, you have 100% of your energy to use, so if you are giving 40% over here, 20% over here, 5% over here and 10% over here, your body is not left with a heck of a lot of energy to run off of, let alone your mind and your soul. My guides are tapping me on the shoulder saying uh-huh, uh-huh, uh-huh, are you listening to this because it happens to everybody. I have yet to find anyone that is in a daily spiritual practice where they are 100% all the time. I am sure there are people out there and God Bless them. I strive to be that way, but sometimes it’s a little difficult and maybe it’s my justification. You wake up feeling like crap, you got a headache or your body aches or whatever else. You can get wrapped up in that and you can get wrapped up in those lower vibes. What can we do to stop being wrapped up in “that crap”?

First step in realizing it. This feels like crap, whether it’s energetic, whether it’s emotional, whether it’s physical, spiritual or whatever, it feels like crap.

Two, I don’t like feeling like crap. What can we do to change that? Cut cords with the crap as much as you can. Do something about it, don’t just sit there and keep spinning that hamster wheel of crap over and over and over again because your 100% that you got is going to start plugging into 100% of crap and that doesn’t feel so good. There are obviously things outside of our control, but when we know these different energies are present in our world right now, we don’t necessarily need to vibe with them, do we? We can rise and raise above that. Think of your plan, always have that backup plan. What are you going to do? What are you going to do when you feel like crap? What are you going to do when you’re feeling fear? What can you do to take control over your 100% of your energy? That’s very powerful, isn’t it because sometimes things happen that we do have no control over but we can control our repose to it. Even if it’s a headache, even if it’s we feel like crap, there are things we can do to rectify that or at least to make it better or at least to step away and step out of that if only for a brief moment of time. Think about your backup plan. Strategize! That is a big word. What are you going to do? What are you going to do if?

A lot of us think, I know what I am going to do if I catch a flat on the way to work this morning because I am always carrying a spare tire in my trunk, but we don’t necessarily think what am I going to do if my energy depletes? What am I going to do if I feed into fear too much? What am I going to do if I feel powerless? We don’t necessarily think about what tool we’re going to bring out to make sure we can fix that. So start thinking and think outside the box. There are so many spiritual tools, there’s so many logical tools, there’s so many physical tools that we already have available to us, but we don’t necessarily take the time to use them. Think outside the box, Strategize! What am I going to do “IF”?

This portal that opened up, started opening up on Thursday. Made the veil incredibly thin. Lots of people were having dreams, getting downloads, some of us experienced paranormal activity and lots and lots of stuff going on. Many people were in overdrive since last Thursday. If that has happened to you, sort it out. Sort it out and ground back into your body. Take the positive learnings and blessings from the experience and let the rest go. This is a time this week to harmonize, to balance out. The energies have just been like a roller coaster, up and down.

Earlier today when I checked the Schumann Resonance, it was half of what it is right now so things can change in the blink of an eye. You can’t always predict that, but you can manage along, you can go with the flow when needed and necessary and let me tell you it’s freakin’ needed and necessary right now. If all of us lose our shit , all at the same time, that’s not very productive and we’re going to all be feeding and vibing off the crap, so now is the time to balance, now is the time to harmonize.

A lot of us have been hit with the physical impact of this energy so what are you doing for your body this week? Are you getting out and moving, are you hydrating, are you eating grounding foods because your body is going to react to what you are fueling it with and it has always reacted with what you fuel in your body, but for whatever reason, the vibe has been set with the eclipse and the full moon and the retrogrades where physical response to fueling is huge this week. If you’ve noticed that you’re overly sensitive to foods that normally you would wouldn’t be overly sensitive to, that’s why. Take a look at that. How is your body reacting? How do you feel after you eat certain things? Are you feeling super tired? Are you feeling invigorated? Are you feeling queasy? Take note of all of those different feelings and this week focus on your physical body. How you feel, what you’re fueling your body with because what you fuel your body with is energy, it’s good or bad, it’s positive or negative. There’s no in-between there.

As we all know, our physical affects our mind which affects our spirit. You have the trifacta here. One affects the other so we can’t find that harmonic balance, just in the physical, just in the mind or just in the spirit because all of those different things affect one another. Grounding is super huge this week and that’s why focusing on the body is so very very important.

Forgiveness also comes up this week. Who are you ready to forgive, what are you ready to let go? What has been weighing you down that you are so over and done with? Think about that. Think about one person, one situation, one thing in your past that you are ready to let go of. Something small, something large, doesn’t matter, just allow yourself to let go of that and if it means you need to process that a little bit more, something I highly recommend doing is write and burn. Write a letter to that person, write a letter about that situation and just emotionally vomit all over the page. Say every 4 letter word you need to, if you need to and get it all out. The good, bad, right, wrong, indifference, anger, rage, fear, overwhelm, sadness, betrayal. Whatever it is? Get it all out. Take it out to a fire safe pit. Light it on fire and stand out there and watch it burn until it turns completely to smoke and ash and then, wipe the slate clean, let it go, cut the cords. I am done, I am over with this, I release this to creator God, universe, Buddha or whoever your higher power is. I am done, I’m over with this, I release fully and completely. I forgive. I forgive myself. I forgive this other person, I forgive the circumstance. I let it go. Take a deep breath in and as you exhale out, just release, let it go because it’s not serving you anymore. Preserve the positive knowings, understandings and blessings of what you learned from that circumstance, what you learned from that person, boundaries that came into play and become a bigger, better, brighter person for going through that. Not looking at this like Oh my God, this happened to me, this person took advantage of me, I’m a victim, I’m disempowered. Take your power back by taking control of your emotions! Taking control of your feelings, taking control of your energy and reactions.

Now forgiveness, for a lot of people, they throw it around like they’re passing the salt at a dinner party. Tome, forgiveness is sacred. If you’re not ready to enter that moment of forgiveness, then don’t do it because if it’s forced, then from my perception that can actually do more harm than good. For some situations, for some people, for some relationships, forgiveness comes in layers, it’s not a one hit whammy. It has to happen it different layers. Maybe there are certain situations in your relationship with a person that you have to forgive one at a time so search your heart out, search you gut out for what feels right for you. What feels the highest best good at that given moment in time for you to let go of for you to release and for you to forgive.

This is also a big week about connection. How our energy impacts others and how the energy of others impacts us. It’s time to focus in the awareness of that because even when we are driving in our cars and somebody cuts us off and we have road rage about that because we’re already pissed off because the 8 other things that were overwhelming happened. That affects everybody else believe it or not because we’re angry and we’re pissed and we’re worked up in the situation in the moment or the people that are in the car while you’re expressing that road rage become affected, so think about how your energy is affecting everyone around you and how the energy of others you surround yourself with is affecting you and again, take notice of that. What can you do? What’s your strategy? If my significant other freaks out and goes on a rampage and ranting page, I should say, about something that happened at work and I’m an empath and I’m feeling it and oh it hurts in my heart and I’m feeling muscle aches and everything else. You can be the sponge, you can be the target or you can clear, shield, protect, suit up and still be there as a sounding board for the rage that your significant other is expressing and not absorb it. It’s a choice , it’s absolutely a choice.

Forgiveness

Concept – The concept of forgiveness is not difficult.  Forgiveness is to let go and release all ill will, past hurts, and negative feelings toward those who you feel have wronged you.  Quite an easy concept; Not necessarily so easy to implement though!

When do We Forgive? – How do we get to that place in our lives where we are ready to forgive?  That’s an individual’s choice.  Some people can forgive readily, and others choose to take grievances to their grave.  Perhaps it is best to explain what happens energetically when two people have a negative exchange of energy.

Negative Exchange – Let’s say Johnny wants to play with Sally’s basketball.  Sally doesn’t want to share.  Johnny tries to steal it, and Sally doesn’t let him.  Johnny calls Sally a bad person and tells her that he hates her.

What happens next is the defining factor of the argument.  Does Johnny feel bad for being negative and hurtful?  Does Sally feel remorse for not sharing?  Is she crying because she was called a bad name, and more importantly, does she now OWN IT?  Does she take on that one statement Johnny made and adopt it as a belief about herself?

People can only hurt us if we allow them to hurt us.  This accounts for ALL actions.  And yes, I know this sounds simplistic, and that’s because it is simple.

It’s not always name calling and sharing we’re dealing with either.  Most times it is much more calculated and sinister, and still other times its frivolous and a downright misunderstanding.

If Sally believes what Johnny said – that she was hated and that she was a bad person, this influences now the way she acts.  She absorbs it.  Her thinking turns from one of confidence to one of doubt and possibly even shame.  She begins to pull away from other friends and family because she feels “not good enough” and wonders if she is around other people if she will hurt them as well.

Johnny walks away feeling sad; He didn’t get to play with the basketball.  He didn’t get to play with his friend.  His adrenaline is high because of the altercation and bad vibes he’s put out and he doesn’t quite understand what’s going on in his head.  The more he thinks about the whole situation, the more he blames Sally.

Neither Sally nor Johnny is letting it go.  They’ve just planted seeds, basically, that will grow and fester into other negative beliefs, thoughts and actions.

This example shows the negative exchange between two children, and many times children are able to shake things off and not hold them inside.  They are also the Masters at the words, “I’m sorry.”  Forgiveness comes quite easily to them and they let the negativity flow through them and continue on their merry way.  Have you ever seen two boys on a playground, pushing and shoving each other?  One falls down, the other helps him up and they continue on playing.  We could learn a lot from children.

How to Remove the Negative Energy and Move to a Place of Forgiveness – It all really depends on your philosophy.  There are people who can really just focus their intention on the ideal of forgiveness and let go that way.  I’ve had a client that was having a problem getting pregnant.  All was well on the physical level of things for her and her husband.  There was no medical reason why she could not conceive.

Digging a little deeper during a session with her, I received the information that she’d been sexually abused as a child.  She accepted this and explained that she would work on releasing this energy on her own.  People who’ve had the experience of sexual abuse many times require assistance in this area to heal.  I was thrilled to learn that my client was able to let go of the situation and the person who abused her as well as become pregnant just a few short months later.  I am happy to say she is now a proud Mommy of two very incredible children.

It can be that simple, but it can also involve a bit more investigating.  When we own a false belief, it becomes compounded over the years by various other episodes and experiences proving the validity of said false belief; adding more fuel to the fire.

Many a spiritual teacher of mine have compared my life to the layers of an onion.  You peel back one layer at a time to reveal the next layer.  Our hurts that we carry can often feel that way.  Once we let go of one level, there is yet another level underneath to be explored.

You can spend years on the couch at a therapist’s office digging into your life and what makes you tick.  I’m not knocking this at all.  Therapy is awesome and it has helped me immensely – when done by a caring and gifted therapist.  The objective of therapy is to discover the core issue and move to a resolution of it.

You may also want to seek out alternative modalities to assist in the release process.  Amanae work is a blending of body and breath work that is amazing.  Hypnosis and other regression methods are also beneficial.

Other Methods of Forgiveness

Meditation – setting your intention during a meditation to release and let go of past hurts and people who have harmed you.

Prayer – calling in your higher power, guide, Angel or deceased loved one and ask for their assistance in letting go.

Ho’o’ponopono – A Hawaiian Huna (Shaman) technique that is quite powerful.

Forgiveness Begins Inside – No matter the situation, we must allow ourselves the gift of forgiveness as well, for there is a part of us that is responsible for the experience.  We bought into it, we believed, we allowed.  Self-forgiveness can be difficult at first, but you will find that this is very freeing and will further you along on your Spiritual Path and bring you clearer understanding and focus.
